It felt as though I was hyping up Leah + Taylor’s engagement session for an eternity – they chose the charming, fairytale-like Cross Estate Gardens to capture their engagement photos, and Leah had shared with me her ideas on wearing a beautiful burgundy gown, and Taylor in his camo and military dress uniform. As a photographer, you can always tell who is as excited about photos as you are – Leah put so much thought and anticipation into her autumn engagement session, that I just knew we would have an incredible time getting her and Taylor in front of our cameras. The fall leaves could not have been more gorgeous, as though they changed colors just for us! Leah started the session in a breathtaking champagne satin gown from Lulu’s (I LOVE Lulu’s!!), which complimented the orange and red hues of the autumn leaves. There was twirling, dipping, grand romantic lifts (we did not go easy on Taylor), and *lots* of kissing. Bernardsville never disappoints with the beauty of Cross Estate Gardens, and Taylor and Leah made the location ten times more beautiful. Take a peek at their engagement session below.
