We needed this Sayen Gardens Engagement Session

Throughout quarantine, there have been a lot of things I’ve missed – TJ Maxx, going to the movies, oysters at my favorite restauarants . . . but most of all, I’ve really missed people. Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m a total homebody and, believe it or not, I’m super introverted; but photographing beautiful people in love sparks something in me, and gives me this rush of happiness that I’ve been deeply missing these past few months. We took a ride to Sayen Gardens in Hamilton, New Jersey last week to celebrate Sara and Nick, and this engagement session breathed new life into me!

Sara and Nick have been together for more than a decade, and their session showed us how effortless their chemistry is. We captured some dreamy shots in this Hamilton, NJ park by the pond on a charming bridge hidden by the greenest trees, we walked landscaped paths that led us to a fairytale-like gazebo surrounded by flowers, and we were blessed with the perfect weather for an engagement session.

Between this session and Jenna + Anthony’s last month, we are beyond excited to be back to photographing our amazing couples! We’re sending all of the wedding magic out into the universe for some gorgeous 2020 weddings, and in the meantime, you can catch us back behind our lenses journeying through gardens, beaches, cities, and everything in between celebrating all of our brides and grooms-to-be!
