Atlantic City Country Club Wedding

Rebecca + Jonathan’s Atlantic City Country Club wedding was an absolute dream! With a fabulous team of vendors, this summer wedding day could not have come together more beautifully. If you’ve been following along with us on our blog or Instagram this season, it’ll be no surprise to hear that we’ve had rain at some point in the day for all but one wedding so far this year. When we captured Deanna + Tommy’s rainy wedding day on Thursday, and saw that the forecast was predicting yet another stormy day for R+J’s Saturday celebration, we felt like the environment was playing a trick on us!! During the drive down the Garden State Parkway on our way to the Atlantic City Country Club, the skies were dark and dreary, with a light drizzle coming and going. Yet, by some kind of miracle, the clouds completely disappeared as soon as we arrived! The window light for details was flawless, there were no worries about the outdoor ceremony being rained out, and we were feeling on top of the world that we finally ended our months-long streak of rain! Ask any photographer, and they’ll tell you they prefer a little overcast to shade out the harsh sunlight, but we were able to dodge the bright light and all managed to survive the humidity. Boy, did that air conditioning during the reception feel amazing!!

Rebecca and Jonathan’s engagement session was a year ago to the date, and we were so thrilled to have this duo in front of our cameras again! Of course such a lovely couple would have a great bunch of family and bridal party, creating a smooth morning of photos, and an awesome party. SCE Event Group totally killed it, as usual, and the dance floor was wild all night! In the end, the day could not have been better. Keep scrolling for a look into our favorite moments of the day!
