Rock Island Lake Club Wedding Photography

We’ve been lucky enough to capture more than one Rock Island Lake Club wedding this summer, and whenever we see the venue listed on our calendar, we know it’s safe to expect a beautiful day. Patricia and Zach tied the knot in a beautiful August Rock Island Lake Club wedding, with vibrant florals, dusty blue accents, and classic black tuxedos. After a passing hurricane earlier in the week, we were thrilled to experience the most beautiful summer weather one could dream of – the sun was shining bright, no humidity, and the faintest breeze to keep everyone just cool enough. Patricia’s family is Polish, so one of our favorite aspects of the day was getting to witness a culture and traditions that we hadn’t yet seen on a wedding day! The dance floor at this Rock Island Lake Club wedding was packed, expanding all the way to the bar, because these friends and family came prepared to celebrate and dance the night away!

The drive up to the venue may be a bit of a hike for us Jersey Shore wedding photographers, but it’s always worth it to capture the beauty of a Rock Island Lake Club wedding! The venue features multiple photogenic spots, from the charming swing hidden behind a field that allows just the perfect sunlight to shine through the trees, to the land and dock overlooking the lake, and even the well-lit, spacious bridal suite. The ballroom is modern and charming, featuring long farmhouse tables, and the cocktail hour space is expansive, from a large indoor space packed with varying food stations to an outdoor space for guests to gather around the fire pit. Beyond the beauty of the venue, the staff is always amazing to collaborate with!
