We kicked off the wedding season this weekend with a Rock Island Lake Club wedding! Celebrating Krista and Michael, the day was perfect from start to finish – ‘start’ being beautiful, floral flatlays and ‘finish’ being McDonald’s to-go boxes! With summery weather, it was the ideal day for an outdoor ceremony overlooking the lake, and portraits backlit by the glowing sun. Rock Island Lake Club is always a pleasure to work at, displaying farm tables during the reception and a charming dessert room donning a wall of cake! Strange Vines Studio did an incredible job styling the sweetheart table and ceremony arch, flowing with vibrant spring florals. The bride and groom looked lovely, she in a Maggie Setero gown and he wearing Generation Tux. Every small detail of the day came together wonderfully to paint the most beautiful picture. We couldn’t have dreamt up a better start to our wedding season! Keep scrolling to take a peek into this gorgeous wedding day.
